We contact them within two working hours, give them a free onboarding session and keep you updated at each stage.

Once the client pays a full year, your reward goes out in the M-Pesa payout run on the 1st of the month.

Programme rules

Rewards apply to QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced subscriptions only. Simple Start and Essentials earn no reward.
Amounts are maximums. The exact reward depends on the plan and the price the client pays, and we confirm it to you in writing before the client signs. Some Plus accounts qualify for the onboarding gift and migration share only.
The business must be new to us: not a Remotix client or an open enquiry with us in the last 12 months. The first referral we log wins.
We pay only after the client has paid a full year upfront, within 7 days of the payment clearing, in the payout run on the 1st of the month. A reward is reversed if the client is refunded within 30 days.
Your credit lasts 90 days from your first referral or link click.
Migration projects (from KES 25,000) earn 10% of the migration fee before VAT, on top of any subscription reward.
No self-referrals, staff, or your own entities. Network rewards are per entity; all other rewards are per organisation.
You confirm the business agreed to be contacted before you send us their details.
Payments may be subject to withholding tax where Kenyan law requires it.
We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice on this page; referrals already logged keep the rules they were logged under.

How much can I earn by referring a business to Remotix Regional?

Accountants earn up to KES 8,000 for a QuickBooks Online Plus client and up to KES 15,000 for an Advanced client, plus 50% again when the client renews. Desktop to Online migrations referred before 31 May 2027 earn up to double. We confirm the exact amount in writing before the client signs.

When is the referral reward paid?

After the referred client has paid a full year upfront. Rewards are paid by M-Pesa in the payout run on the 1st of each month, within 7 days of the client's payment clearing.

Do I need to be an accountant to join?

No. Accountants, bookkeepers, existing Remotix clients and anyone with links to NGOs or funders can join. Clients receive renewal credit instead of cash.

What does the business I refer get?

A free 2-hour onboarding and training session with our team when they start on QuickBooks Online, on top of local KES billing and support.
